First of all, I am Michael with Northeast Financial in Connecticut.  We are a mortgage company that works with borrowers all throughout the state.

FHA, USDA, VA, CHFA, Jumbo, and Conventional Mortgages allow borrowers to put down more of a percentage if they desire to.
