     I am happy to share this review of Chris Nielson from Northeast Financial. Even though Chris' firm isn't licensed in my home state, he still took the time to point me in the right direction on our VA Construction Loan. Instead of leaving me at a dead end, he gave me the resources and the exact questions I needed to ask the builder and eventual broker to keep moving forward with a licensed lender in my state. That kind of generosity with his expertise, when there was nothing in it for him, says a lot about how he does business. Highly recommend reaching out to Chris if you need someone who actually knows VA construction lending and is willing to help you even that help would outside of his own territory. Financially a little tricky, but when I explained to Stephanie what we needed to fix she got right on it. She worked in an efficient and timely manner (even during the holidays!) and we were able to refinance our house in about 2 months during a busy time of the year.      Because of Chris, my fiancé and I were able to land our forever home in a really tough market. Chris worked hand in hand with our agent to give us the best advice and guide us with all of the financial tools he had in his tool box for each offer. Our first home purchase was not smooth by any means, but Chris made his part seamless (and I thought the financials were where I’d be stressing the most!) Chris was available at any point we needed him and had our questions answered as soon as he physically could. After having some complexities that were preventing me from getting approved with other lenders, Chris took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to get an approval. Sure enough, he was able to get me an approval. He is always available to answer my questions and explains everything to me in a way that I can understand. I did not think there would be hope to buy again anytime soon and Chris has come in and saved the day, showing me it is possible.      Working with Yvonne from Northeast was absolutely the best experience I ever had in purchasing and financing a home! On October 8, 2024, I helped my youngest son in buying his first home. We worked with Chelsea, from Currantly Home Real Estate, who found Jeff that perfect home. Yvonne teamed up with Chelsea, Jeff and I and she started off with the pre-approval process. Jeff's offer was accepted on October 9 and Yvonne diligently went to work with financing, appraisal, insurance, title, condo docs, loan estimates, final closing docs, and everything that goes into purchasing a home! She made herself available anytime of the day to ask questions and seek help! Yvonne instantly established a wonderful rapport with us, was gracious, respectful, understanding, and diligent. Yvonne showed her expertise in the financing area and we didn't have to worry about anything! The process was so smooth and Jeff closed and moved into his new home on November 9, 2024!!!      I had the most positive experience working with Mike Meyer. Mike was fast and always available to me. Mike was available all times of day, including weekends.      Patrick is one of the rare people who can do great work super fast. Our lender fell through right before closing and he was able to get us a new mortgage in FOUR DAYS. We had our first call with Patrick on a Monday and he had the new mortgage done Thursday night. Patrick is the kind of person you want to work with and the kind of person you wish you were… lol.
