I am happy to share this review of Chris Nielson from Northeast Financial. Even though Chris' firm isn't licensed in my home state, he still took the time to point me in the right direction on our VA Construction Loan. Instead of leaving me at a dead end, he gave me the resources and the exact questions I needed to ask the builder and eventual broker to keep moving forward with a licensed lender in my state. That kind of generosity with his expertise, when there was nothing in it for him, says a lot about how he does business. Highly recommend reaching out to Chris if you need someone who actually knows VA construction lending and is willing to help you even that help would outside of his own territory. Yvonne is extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the home buying process. She was able to assist and explain each step of the process during my first home purchase. Dorothy Owens was amazing to work with and explained the mortgage process every step of the way. She was on top of things from the very beginning and kept me informed throughout.
