Connecticut Mortgage: Investment Property Loans

We offer two loan programs for Real Estate Investors in Connecticut.

 

The First Program is our Residential Mortgage Program for 1-4 Unit properties.  With our Residential Mortgage Program we are able to provide you with Conventional Financing or with our Investor Rehab Mortgage Program.  The max loan to value (LTV) for Conventional Financing is 75%.  The Investor Rehab Financing LTV varies depending on the property type, loan size, and credit score but is usually a max LTV of 75% of estimated future value.

 

Our Second Program is our Commercial Mortgage Loan Program. We offer a Stated Income Commercial Mortgage (closes in 3-4 weeks) on 2-4 unit, Mixed Use, and 5 unit+ investment properties (must be non owner occupied).  We offer a common sense approach to underwriting that will get your loan closed with this program.  This loan is ideal for self employed borrowers or seasoned investors that need to move quickly to close.  This loan allows for up to 70% LTV and the mortgage term is 25 years.
