Cash Rewards

Understanding the Cash Reward Program
When you enroll in SaveXchange and use a NewZip agent to complete your transaction in an eligible state, you’ll qualify for the cash reward based on the home sales price. This amount will be included in your closing disclosure as a credit towards the transaction cost. NewZip coordinates with the agent, loan officer, and title officer to ensure the credit is applied correctly.
Home Advisor vs. Real Estate Agent: What’s the Difference?
- Home Advisor: An employee of NewZip licensed to help you navigate the early phases of your real estate journey. They guide you through each step and match you with a vetted agent in NewZip’s network.
- Real Estate Agent: The professional who helps you with listing alerts, showings, open houses, and guiding you through the actual transaction.
Already Working with a Real Estate Agent?
To qualify for the cash rewards, you need to enroll in SaveXchange and use a NewZip agent. If you’re already working with another agent, you would need to switch to a NewZip agent to take advantage of the rewards.
No Pressure to Buy or Sell
If you decide not to buy or sell a house, that’s perfectly fine. NewZip is here to help you make the best decision for your situation, and there are no fees for the service.
