Vanessa worked tirelessly, navigating potential roadblocks, nudging all the stakeholders to meet their milestones - no easy feat when you are purchasing a condo and must also include the condo association in this process. She did it all with a smile, encouragement and a can do attitude. Ours was not a big dollar purchase, but it was big to us. We had a 7 year old eager to start school, and the clock was ticking. With Vanessa on our side, we closed one day before our goal, 14 business days start to finish. Amazing. In the 4 homes I've purchased over the years, she was the first lender to attend my closing.
