Yvonne Trode is a licensed mortgage loan originator with Northeast Financial and specializes in financing the purchase and refinance of residential real estate. Yvonne has a niche in first time homebuyer FHA loans, jumbo mortgage lending, and mortgages for legal non-US citizens.

Yvonne takes a warm and down to earth approach with her clients, and brings them through the steps of getting a mortgage quickly, and easily.  Yvonne attends frequent seminars, trainings and individualized workshops with our lenders to stay up-to-date on the industry’s products, standards, laws and regulations. She tailors each mortgage to the individual client’s needs.

First-generation (Polish, and French-Canadian), raised trilingual, next door to grandparents, Yvonne was brought up to appreciate the value of ‘the American dream’; and home ownership is at its core. A native to Connecticut, Yvonne graduated from the University of CT with a BA in 2004.  In her spare time, Yvonne and her husband are often cheering on one of their two sons at a sporting event. She also enjoys reading non-fiction and long distance running.

Yvonne lives in a home in Rocky Hill with her husband, Tyson, two sons, and their black lab.

Working with Yvonne from Northeast was absolutely the best experience I ever had in purchasing and financing a home! On October 8, 2024, I helped my youngest son in buying his first home. We worked with Chelsea, from Currantly Home Real Estate, who found Jeff that perfect home. Yvonne teamed up with Chelsea, Jeff and I and she started off with the pre-approval process. Jeff's offer was accepted on October 9 and Yvonne diligently went to work with financing, appraisal, insurance, title, condo docs, loan estimates, final closing docs, and everything that goes into purchasing a home! She made herself available anytime of the day to ask questions and seek help! Yvonne instantly established a wonderful rapport with us, was gracious, respectful, understanding, and diligent. Yvonne showed her expertise in the financing area and we didn't have to worry about anything! The process was so smooth and Jeff closed and moved into his new home on November 9, 2024!!!
