If you are refinancing your condo then this is a great time.  Rates are still at historic lows– so now might be the time to refinance into a better Rate/Term before they go up any higher.  We offer Conventional Refinances and Streamline Mortgages with No appraisals needed (this is only for people that presently have a VA or FHA loan).
