Stephanie joined Northeast Financial in December of 2013.  After graduating with a BA from Gettysburg College, she worked as a social services representative.  During this time she assisted military families in transition and in times of emergency.  She also provided financial counseling to families in need of assistance.
Stephanie uses her strengths in financial counseling when working with her clients.   As a loan officer, her goal is to assist families in their upcoming purchase or refinance.  She does this by taking the time to listen to their goals.  From there she helps her clients construct a pathway to success.
Veteran Mortgage Loans, Jumbo Mortgage Options, and Government Home Purchase loans are areas that Stephanie is well versed in.   Also, she really works with her clients that have credit challenges to help them accomplish their goals. Helpful in a Unique SituationReview for Member: Stephanie Smith  Helpful in a Unique Situation We had a unique situation going on with the house that my husband and I just bought a few months ago. Financially a little tricky, but when I explained to Stephanie what we needed to fix she got right on it. She worked in an efficient and timely manner (even during the holidays!) and we were able to refinance our house in about 2 months during a busy time of the year. When discussing programs that allow for 3.5% down, 0% down, or a percentage down – the borrower is not required to only put that exact percentage down. FHA, USDA, VA, CHFA, Jumbo, and Conventional Mortgages allow borrowers to put down more of a percentage if they desire to.
