Rob Cusano joined Northeast Financial in May 2013 after spending 20 years in the banking industry. In 2015, Rob and his wife visited friends in Lake Norman, North Carolina and fell in love with the area. They relocated in 2017, building a home just around the corner from their good friends, and live there with their 2 Boxer pups Diesel and Riley. Both he and his wife support and volunteer for boxer rescue organizations in North Carolina. Although he still has a strong following in his home state of Connecticut, Rob has developed some important relationships in the Lake Norman and Charlotte markets.

As a mortgage broker, he is able to offer a much broader selection of mortgages to his clients which provides them with the best possible fit for their purchase or refinance. Rob enjoys learning about his clients, their families, and their goals. This provides him the knowledge and understanding to develop a plan that meets their objectives. His focus on the quality of the relationship with his clients and business partners has given him a great deal of satisfaction in his professional life.

Rob is well versed in all mortgage types including conventional, FHA, USDA, VA and Jumbo. He enjoys advising his clients on the best mortgage options available and counseling them on how best to manage their purchase or refinance. For clients with some credit challenges, Rob has cultivated a great relationship with one of the best credit repair gurus in the market which helps get the client into a home at the earliest possible time.

I could not have asked for a better Morgage Broker.  He walked me through the entire process and did not skip a beat.  He explained everything in detail and was there anytime I had a question. Rob Cusano from Northeast has helped me with my first mortgagee and then with a reduced rate.  He is attentive and guides you to what is the best option to fit your budget.
