This is my shout-out to and recommendation for Dotty Owens as an amazing mortgage broker. Dotty is so much better to work with than anyone I've EVER worked with on housing. She was clear and available for any questions. She took the time to explain everything in the process to me and offered great referrals to me for other parts of the process. She advocated for me when needed and made sure I understood every line and where every cent was going and why. I was able to anticipate closing costs almost to the dollar and was fully prepared through Dotty's assistance and willingness to answer questions. Additionally, she has told me what to expect post-purchase with taxes, etc. I have already recommended her multiple times to people I know.

I reached out to Dotty at the beginning of the year bc one of my friends recommended her. That recommendation was critical, and I'm so glad it happened! As a single mom, I really didn't think I would be able to buy a home since prices have gotten so outrageous and you're pushed to put in an offer the moment you set foot on a property.
