Even though Chris' firm isn't licensed in my home state, he still took the time to point me in the right direction on our VA Construction Loan. Instead of leaving me at a dead end, he gave me the resources and the exact questions I needed to ask the builder and eventual broker to keep moving forward with a licensed lender in my state. That kind of generosity with his expertise, when there was nothing in it for him, says a lot about how he does business.
