I can’t say enough good things about Chris Nelson and the entire team at Northeast! From start to finish, they made the mortgage process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Chris was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me get into my new home. Buying a house is a big deal, and having someone you trust guiding you through the process makes all the difference. I truly couldn’t have done it without him! Stephanie is very diligent to her clients and she responds very quickly to our questions even during the weekends. That’s why we came back to her for our financing needs when we need to purchase a house this year. We found her to be very honest and transparent about the mortgage rate and she was good at explaining the different rate options.  She helped us tremendously throughout the process and helped to give us peace of mind. We had an excellent experience working with Stephanie throughout the process of purchasing our first home. As first-time homebuyers, there were a lot of things we didn’t know, and having someone knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy made a huge difference.
