Refinance Your FHA Home Loan with No Appraisal!

Do you have a FHA Mortgage and live in Connecticut?  If so, you may be able to qualify for a FHA Streamline Mortgage that can lower your rate and sometimes years off of your mortgage.  Here is an overview of the program:


1. NO APPRAISAL is required.


2. Documents needed: Note from previous mortgage (we can help you get this), most recent mortgage statement and paystubs, completed application with disclosures (that we send to you), and two months of Bank Statements showing you have reserves enough to make 1 mortgage payment.


3. In the last 12 months you can not have been 30 days late on your mortgage more than 1 time.


4. You can not be late/delinquent with any Federal Debt such as Federally insured student loans, IRS taxes, or etc.  If you are late/delinquent – this will need to be resolved or on a payment plan prior to closing.


5. Employment Certification – we will have to verify that you are still gainfully employed.


6. Credit Score Requirements – You will need a minimum credit score of 600 (But you will qualify for a better rate with a higher score.  We are more than happy to give you a free Credit Report Consultation to see what we can do to help you get your score higher).


7. Bankruptcy Requirements: You will have to be out of your BK for a minimum of 2 years
