Attention Connecticut First Time Home Buyers in Need of a Mortgage

I am Patrick Walsh with Northeast Financial and I wanted to talk to you about some great programs out there for first time home buyers. I understand as a first time home buyer you can feel very overwhelmed having to deal with the purchase & loan process. I believe if a borrower is educated on the products that are available it can make the process feel less stressful and go a lot easier. So if you’re a first time home buyer, a Police Officer or a Teacher – then a CHFA loan might be the way you want to go.

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) has developed special programs to help first time homebuyers, police officers and teachers in Connecticut. If you qualify, rates are currently lower than conventional loans and FHA. Also if you qualify, you can even get up to 105% of the purchase price to help pay for closing costs. This program is designed to help give potential homeowners an opportunity to obtain financing even if they don’t qualify for a conventional loan.

At Northeast Financial we pride ourselves on being very customer service orientated and we are there to hold the borrowers hand all the way through the process. We understand that you will have many questions along the way and I will make sure that I am very accessible to address any questions or concerns that you may have.

There are also other programs that we can discuss such as USDA Home Loans (100% financing), VA Loans (100% financing), FHA with a 3.5% down payment and 5% down program with our Conventional Loan program.

We want to be the last person you speak to when it comes to financing your home so give me a call today so I can earn your business.

Thank You,

Patrick Walsh
